  • Bioptron lamp  with colors-therapy,
  • warm brine pool, Scottish water jets and jacuzzi,

Through the Sunshine manor  it is possible to set up an appointment for a therapeutic or relaxing massage performed by an experienced masseur, AWF Gdańsk graduate, wellness instructor  with  long term work experience at Spa resort Ustka, running his own business , Mr  ( Master ) Zbigniew Przeluski:

• Whole body massage - 1h 20min
• Lower limbs massage - 40min
• Feet massage and  acupressure - 30min
• Warm stones massage - 1h 20min
• Chinese bubble massage - 40min
• Upper limb lymphatic drainage - 20-30min
• Whole body lymphatic drainage - 2h

Sport hall open for guests is equipped with:

• runway,
• bicycles,
• rowing machine,
• board for abdominal muscles training,
• ladders for sport exercises,
• mattresses and balls for sport exercises.

Attention! For organized stays you should bring a waterproof coat, sportswear, sports shoes, bathing suit. Animals are not allowed.
